“However outlandish it may sound, but a great deal of the things or events we observe simply vanishes over time from our memory. Hence, I prefer to use photography instead of notebooks to freeze such moments through space and time. I don’t ever use special effects to edit or enhance my shots, because I am fascinated with the purity of what the human eye and a mere lens can see. In the end, I view photography as something that has the capacity not only to restore the things I’ve seen in the past, but also recover the particular smells and sounds that still dwell somewhere deep in my mind.”
